ViGo Bioenergy (formerly LIQUIND 24/7 GmbH), based in Berlin, is building a Europe-wide distribution infrastructure for Bio-LNG. The goal of the company's founders and shareholders is to make Bio-LNG available in Germany for use as a substitute fuel for diesel and thus to "green" the transport sector in order to sustainably reduce CO2 emissions from heavy goods vehicles and inland shipping, in addition to noise, particulate matter and NOx emissions. ViGo Bioenergy has been part of the Vitol Group since 2021.
