Greek Institute of Builidng Technology and Science (EITEK) is the official national not-for-profit organisation that promotes sustainable development, construction, operation, maintenance and demolition in property industry. Its key objectives are the life cycle assessment of properties in Greece, lifelong learning in traditional and state of the art building technologies and good practice advisor for Greek State for construction, operation, maintenance and demolition of buildings, considering always the sustainable green building practices. All the aforementioned goals are to be introduced under the close cooperation with pioneer companies of industry. Main sections of the organisations are water management, environmental design and operations, constructions, well-being and training. EITEK is honoured to represent BOMA International in Greece since June 2014.
