ASRI is the pioneer in providing high quality and affordable health care to the Kayong Utara district and has seen as many as 89,145 visits with 32,006 patients from 2007 to mid-2019. The non-cash payment program is an extraordinary solution for the community’s economic and health care needs. The alternative payment options allow for patients to pay for their healthcare in ways that help ASRI to conduct forest conservation and reforestation. In just the first half of 2019, ASRI has already received more than 15,000 seedlings from patients.
