Chisholm Energy Holdings, LLC (“Chisholm” or the “Company”) is an oil and gas exploration and production company formed in 2016 and headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. The Company is focused on developing its assets in the northern Delaware Basin in Lea and Eddy counties, New Mexico. The Company currently has over 35,000 net surface acres and continues to expand its asset base. Chisholm’s management team consists of a seasoned group of oil and gas executives and is led by CEO Mark Whitley. Currently, Chisholm has approximately 50 full time employees. The Company is backed by a $770 million line of equity from lead investors Warburg Pincus and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
