We are the connection between students and business. As a team of students from the Faculty of International Relations at the Prague University of Economics and Business, we are not afraid to jump in any challenge. Together we develop our business skills and thanks to interesting projects, we link the theory with practice. SKOK is a student Club of Business and Competitiveness that was established in 2014 by students of the Faculty of International Relations at the Prague University of Economics and Business with the support of the faculty management, particularly Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs doc. Ing. Pavel Hnát Ph.D. Moreover, Skok is considered to be the biggest student club focused on the business of the whole faculty. SKOK is a student club from the Faculty of International Relations which is focused on connecting students with the world of business and thereby increasing their chances in the labor market. In order to do that, SKOK organizes different lectures, workshops, discussions, or networking events. Since 2021, SKOK is taking a part in the organization of the High School Business Challenge, the biggest competition for high schoolers in Central and East Europe. Apart from event organization, SKOK takes a part in data collecting for the Global Competitiveness Report, a yearly report published by the World Economic Forum. Last but not least, thanks to SKOK Podcast interviews with interesting personalities from the world of business are provided directly to the students. So don’t be afraid and take a leap!
