R4L was begun as a recovery programme for those who suffered with addictions. It was began by Jim and Dawn VanSice in 2013. Since that time the Elijah Project has been born out of this program. There is also a day programme for addicts run at Victory Gospel Church in Portswood (ARC). This is the second year that the Addiction Rehab in the Community (ARC) has been running and has seen many successes. We also have the Elijah Project that helps those build their faith in God through practical Biblical teaching, and fun interactive activities.
