Malta Yacht Surveys is a British run yacht survey practice operating worldwide. We deliver a wide range of services such as pre-purchase survey and insurance yacht survey, damage assessment, Non-Destructive Testing, refit consultation, Expert Witness and Regulatory Surveys. Our Principal Surveyor is a Government Surveyor of Ships for the Malta Commercial Yacht Code and local Commercial Vessel Regulations for ships, boats and yachts of all sizes. He is an Examiner for the UK MCA Code of Practice for Small Commercial Vessels and a Certified Marine Investigator. We offer consultancy and surveys for yacht, superyachts and small commercial ships. As Appointed Tonnage Surveyors for the UK, Eire and the Red Ensign group Registers of Shipping we can assist with registration under the British and Irish Flags. Professional Institution memberships include RINA, SCMS, YDSA, MECAL and the IIMS. We operate under the Code of Practice for Surveyors and carry full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance for the protection of our clients and undertake regular Continuous Professional Development.
