With a range of benchmarking and analysis tools, Michael was able to identify key issues and areas for business improvement. • Michael’s career includes senior leadership roles in Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Horticulture, Wine, and various Federal & State Government organisations and enterprises. • Michael was integral in the implementation of major industry adjustment programs, and particularly the development and implementation of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Parks Structural Adjustment Program, which involved the expenditure of $220m to assist fishermen and value added businesses adjust to new Government fishing requirements on the Reef.
