In five minutes or less the designated lease return specialist will: 1) Collect the customer's information 2) Load in any relevant bank information including maturity date, remaining payments, mileage overage, and who is responsible for paying 3) Scan in VIN number, which will populate vehicle information 4) Enter in the number of keys and remotes being turned in 5) Take pictures of the condition of the vehicle
