A vision to transform this forgotten stretch of urban space into a centralized regional park. The Friends of the Lowcountry Lowline are working alongside the City of Charleston to put together a plan for the space that highlights the surrounding neighborhoods, addresses city-wide flooding, and gives pedestrians and bikers a safe dedicated path.
