CEEAD is an independent, non-profit research center dedicated to improving the quality of legal education and legal practice in Mexico. Our objective is to have a positive impact on Mexico’s rule of law, through specific proposals to impact the training and practice of lawyers, and the legal culture of the society in general. It was founded in 2008, by its current director, Luis Fernando Pérez Hurtado, in Monterrey Mexico.
