CBDA serves as an advocate for its membership by promoting the growth and development of the Pembroke Strategic Growth Area, which in turn benefits the business community throughout the City of Virginia Beach and greater Hampton Roads. CBDA is well established as the collective voice for its members by making sure their opinions, ideas and concerns are heard. We have been successful in developing effective working relationships with key government, community, and business leaders and continue to expand our influence throughout Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads. We support and “connect” our members by creating networking opportunities, hosting events with informative speakers, and providing unique promotional opportunities for their businesses.
