The facility in which Lodigrana cheeses are produced was set up in 1958 at Casaletto Ceredano (CR). It is an admirable combination of attachment to tradition and reliable food technology, on which the quality and hygiene guarantees are based that are the guidelines of our company. After different extensions and modernisation, in more recent years it has become one of the leading Italian cheesemaking facilities.
