Rotman Operations Management Association's mission is to empower MBA students with basic understanding and tools of operations management with a general management focus to be successful in any and all career opportunities. ROMA is a student run organization that helps students explore career paths in Operations Management across various industries such as Consulting, Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, Energy, Retail and Logistics. We provide opportunities for students to build their network, skills and profile by organizing various events such as speaker series, company visits and training while providing necessary resources.
