Shikshanganga is a Maharashtra (India) based Non-Government Organization founded by Teach For India alumni in 2020. The organization is working for Systemic School Education Transformation in underresourced rural government schools by focusing on Classroom Culture, Innovative Teaching-Learning Processes, Socio-Emotional Learning, Teacher Training & community involvement in the teaching-learning ecosystem. We focus on empowering every child academically and socio-emotionally with 21st-century skills; the organization is a movement. The organization's mission strongly believes in skilled youth with good character as changemakers of the educational landscape.
