A North West based registered charity providing supported housing solutions for vulnerable adults with mental health problems and/or learning disabilities so they may live successfully and safe in the community. Our team work together to provide both Housing Related Support and Maintenance of the properties providing a ‘Home For Life’ - for even the most challenging individuals who qualify and remain qualified for supported accommodation. We will not give up on anyone, no matter how challenging they are. Fortunatus work with local authorities to ensure that we are delivering a service that provides secure and safe housing to individuals. Providing housing for individuals who require a housing package with weekly housing related support from ourselves. We can also work in partnership with care companies who specialise in providing personal care and need a housing provider and a housing support team to complete the package required for an individual. We are a not-for-profit organisation, audited in compliance with the Charities Commission and provide a real housing solution for vulnerable adults in the community.
