Founded back in 1988 by a guide and a few heli-skiing guests with a dream of re-capturing the adventure which was being lost in the race to get bigger, Great Canadian Heli-Skiing burst on to the scene by pioneering the small group holiday. Ever since, our goal has never been to be the biggest, just the best. Great Canadian Heli-Skiing coined the term of "boutique heli-skiing" by being the first operation to offer both small group heli-skiing and unlimited vertical. We guarantee the same vertical as the industry standard, however we do not charge more to ski more! Even to this day, with 4 guests per group, we still have the smallest group format in the industry. Being the leader in small group heli-skiing has been a lot of fun for our guests and our team.
