We also provide Consulting Services w/Owners, Architects & Engineers in the design, engineering & layout stages on requirements associated w/their projects. We do this in an attempt to eliminate many RFI's & discrepancies in product & design specs once the CM assigned to the project prepares to put it out for bid. We're able to do this effectively as we focus on products & designs we have clear understandings of. This specialization allows us to empower those around us w/the knowledge they need to improve their designs, specs & bid packages. We believe your specs should define what you want & need, that it's clear, doesn't have discrepancies allowing manufactures to propose something you don't want or need because the spec left the door open, but we can help. We help write specs for you, reviewing ones you already have & providing comments back to help clarify discrepancies or issues in an effort to reduce exceptions & clarifications once they're out to bid.
