The company operates regionally from it's location near Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Chuck Mullins, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, has extensive experience in real estate, spanning over 30 years. The Equity Invest team has invaluable experience locating, underwriting, negotiating, syndicating, brokering and managing real estate investments, for themselves and investment groups. Mr. Mullins has also been the founder and cofounder of other highly successful real estate and non-real estate businesses. In short, our company offers proven skills and knowledge to acquire and manage successful real estate investments. The type of investments that maximize the creation of wealth by using methods and benefits that are unique to real estate investing. We deal only with Accredited Investors, as defined by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. This eliminates large expenses associated with a formal SEC filing. We also believe it is prudent to associate with investment partners that have sufficient resources available for sophisticated real estate investing.
