Total Component Solutions is a privately owned metals component manufacturing company. The Rock Valley Iowa operation was started in 1947 as Kooima.Industries. In 2007 a local management group purchased and directed the formation of Total Component Solutions. It has a vast variety of ultra precise machining & proprietary processes. Total Component Solutions became ISO 9002/QS 9000 certification in 1997 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 in 2006 and recently recertified through 2012.
