The Tower CAFM supports our helpdesk team, enabling all active jobs, be they reactive or planned to be executed effectively and efficiently in order to meet with customer SLAs, ensuring an excellent class of service. Our Service: Tower can provide a 24/7 breakdown service. All of our engineers are fully qualified and well equipped in liveried vehicles, to deal with most problems, first time. If the worst happens, our team is focused on minimising the disruption to you and your customers. We constantly review and look to improve our service delivery; the aim is to make sure our customers benefit from targeted and measured response times to the emergencies we manage. As part of our continuous improvement mentality, we monitor the quality of service and workmanship of our operatives or approved contractors, this is to ensure they provide a successful solution to the highest of standards.
