TransitCare/Community Flyer is a not for profit organisation dedicated to providing community transport to frail aged, transport deprived or younger disabled people and their carers. Clients can access our services for a number of reasons; • Shopping, visiting friends • Hospital & specialist appointments • Social events, going to clubs We are funded by the Government for both over & under 65 year old people in the Brisbane South (which includes Redlands) & Logan areas. We also offer a Social Support Program for the socially isolated and take people out on bus trips and lunch dates. While our team of compassionate drivers are highly competent and possess clean driving records, they are also accredited first-aiders and trained in assisting our clients and their varying degrees of needs. They are our point of difference and really care for each individual.
