Who are we? We are an international network of Human Resource consultants, based in the UK and the Netherlands. We are not an organization but form a network, sharing knowledge, skills and expertise. We bring our vast experiences of working in HR together, from both the public and private sectors, and are competent to operate at all levels of a company. We specialise in providing Human Resource Management services to international humanitarian aid and development agencies and other national NGO's, whilst also providing support to organisations in the private sector. We work together with other professional networks and can draw on the resources of other specialist consultants to ensure integrated and holistic support is provided to organisations with multi-functional requirements. We are the gateway to creative solutions. We also provide 1:1 support to individuals in their professional and personal development. We provide professional mentoring, performance coaching, mediation and debriefing services but are always available for a good chat if you need help to get a new perspective on things. What do we do?
