Our technology is certified and internationally recognized by Intertek Testing Services, ETL control number 4009530. Environmentally Friendly Uniquely engineered to safely operate submerged in highly volatile conditions, Manta Robotics ROV’s help eliminate unsafe, time consuming, expensive, mandatory requirements for degassing, cleaning, and disposal of waste. With no volatile gases to eliminate and no sludge to dispose of, environmental releases are reduced to almost zero. Robotic In-Service Inspection Prior to inspection, a thorough pre-job planning process is completed with our clients, along with a job safety analysis, and compliance with site specific requirements. Once all requirements are met inspections are initiated by deploying our advanced robotic systems into the in-service tanks. The tank floor inspection is typically completed over a period of 3 to 4 days, upon completion a preliminary field assessment report is submitted on site for review and discussion. Following the field report, our clients receive a full tank floor assessment report with a detailed analysis of the tanks condition.
