New Mexico First is the consensus voice of and for New Mexicans, whose recommendations inform and direct the nonpartisan, nonprofit organization’s public policy work in education, the economy, healthcare, natural resources and good government. New Mexico First is best known for its biennial statewide town halls. New Mexico First is funded by foundation grants, individual donations, corporate contributions and sponsorships, and service contracts with communities and agencies.
