Bruce has syndicated more than 1100 units over the last 8 years and has one the National Apartment Association's Rental Owner of the Year for 2017, Austin Apartment Associations's Rental Owner of the Year for 2016 and the Think Realty Multifamily Investor of the Year for 2019. Bruce has also spent the much of the past 5 years mentoring and coaching others in the pursuit of multifamily syndication and investing.
