The Somersby (NSW) manufacturing site has been developed over time to include all specialized welding, plate rolling, shaft and shell machining, lagging, automated robotics and painting systems required to build the highest quality idler and pulley products. Since the establishment of the Somersby manufacturing facility it has produced over 14,000 pulleys and over 5,000,000 idler rollers for mining, construction and port applications in the Australasian region
