The Fair Cape business started on the farm called Kuiper-skraal in the mid 1990’s. The factory on the farm was relatively small and consisted only of a milk parlor and the milk production area. Over the years the facilities have expanded substantially in order to accommodate the additional milk parlor facilities, the milk production area, dry stores, cold chain, as well as the office environment for the Administration and Sales and Marketing staff.
