Founded in 2002, Excalibur Associates has always focused on providing executive search and specialist recruiting services to the Banking and Financial IT sectors. Based in the heart of the financial district in Singapore, we cover all finance centres across the Asia Pacific region. Our founding partners come directly from the industry where they held MD roles in Europe and Asia, and, as such, were conducting significant recruitment programs across those regions for a number of years. This experience forms the foundation of our focus. Our philosophy has always been to concentrate of where we can make a difference - as such, we specialise in specific segments, we are not generalists. Our prime focus is in Risk, Compliance and Banking Technologies. We conduct both retained and contingency searches through our team of mature, experienced search consultants and continually strive to provide the highest quality services to our clients. Our clients are a balanced mix of regional and global banks and financial IT vendors, a select few with which we have regional/PSL relationships.
