The Prosperity Project is a registered charity founded to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Canadian women who are disproportionately affected. TPP is pan-Canadian in scope and fills an important need to explicitly link women and prosperity, underscoring the economic importance of gender equality during the COVID-19 pre-recovery, recovery and post-recovery periods The Prosperity Project was conceived by a diverse group of more than 50 female leaders from across Canada and is being led by Pamela Jeffery, founder of the Women's Executive Network and the Canadian Board Diversity Council. Our mission is to protect and improve women's and girl's economic security and prosperity and to ensure that COVID-19 does not erase the progress women have made in Canada towards gender equality.
