EngineeringYOU exists to help young professionals navigate the early years of their career. We equip them with self leadership tools to not only excel at work but also accomplish what matters to them in their personal lives. Members of our training program learn to manage their time to meet project deadlines while also having a life outside of work, communicate better with their bosses and team members, and look for and create opportunities to bring value to their PM and projects.
