We apply microfluidics as our core technique to develop an in vitro diagnosis (IVD) system to support the precision medicine of antibiotics. Targeting the emergence of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) which is literally one of the ten threats to the global health in 2019 according to WHO. Our system, fAST, can carry out rapid bacteria identification within 1.5 hours, following by a multiple antibiotics combination test within 5 hours. To conclude, we are the fastest and first-in-class system in the market that can optimize three different kind of antibiotics combination to provide clinicians with accurate and personalized results.
