As a John Maxwell Team Coach, Trainer and Certified Speaker, Jill is considered a communication expert. She has a past history as a flight attendant for a major airline, 19 years in the medical field as a nurse and is a former owner of a 50's diner. She calls herself a Communication Stylist as she guides organizations in creating an empowered culture. Jill's philosophy is that personal connections breed loyalty which in turn brings less turnover and improved productivity.
