Dance Charity based in Edinburgh. Dance Division Charity is a professional dance teaching Organisation and Charity providing many dance services and dance opportunities. Dance Division Charity has the purpose of providing dance and fitness services and opportunities to children, young people and adults. Our aim is make dance accessible to all and inclusive. The organisation’s purposes are: To have more children, young people and adults taking part in dance, exercise and fitness based activities, being involved in the performing arts and Fitness while gaining valuable and meaningful experiences developing skills and qualities through dance and activity, as well as providing a sense of community and support for all. Provide dance and fitness opportunities to all, developing and increasing participation Develop and support health and well-being through physical activity and related activities/services Dance Division Charity run a dance services and opportunities to make dance and exercise accessible to all and provide a comprehensive outreach programme and services to a range of organisations, customers and local authorities. WE BELIEVE: We are passionate about dance, fitness and well-being, youth work and community. We believe dance and fitness should be accessible to everyone. Dance Division Charity provides expertise and specialised services and classes for a variety of customers ranging from individual customers to organisations, such as Primary Schools, High Schools, Active Schools Programmes, Edinburgh Leisure, Youth Scotland, Youth Projects and Youth Centres, WHALE Arts Agency, and many others in our outreach service and programme, as well as local community based dance and fitness classes and activities throughout Edinburgh in a variety of venues and in partnership with organisations and community initiatives.
