Let's work together to create Green Actioneers, a worldwide family-powered and school-centered movement for a sustainable and regenerative Planet. We'll start in North America from January 2022 with schools holding Family Nights. Families go through our "Green Actioneers Activity Book," take it home with them and work on saving energy, water and money. We plan to take the program worldwide ASAP to help families everywhere "go green." After a school gets started, Navigator Scouts and Green Team Superheroes will organize girls, boys and parents to integrate their individual school into the larger movement. A weekly Zoom meeting to keep the program moving will be offered starting in January 2022. In our program we work with kids during the day and hold Family Night in the evening where kids and parents get our spiral-bound 8 1/2" X 11" Activity Book detailing 108 actions to reduce carbon and water footprints. The book has a two-page spread in English and Spanish for each action, a coloring book feature for younger kids, word games for older students and important environmental quotes from famous people. 1. Any school can start the program themselves using the energy of a few parents or teachers; 2. Schools pre-pay $10 each for enough Green Actioneers Activity Books for all families; 3. Books sell to families for $20 each at well-attended Family Night; 4. School Green Team or PTA earn significant referral fees from local "green" vendors; 5. Families save money with lower electric and water bills; 6. Kids get recognition for their "green Actions;" 7. We all get a sustainable future. What we are doing is what was done with recycling, littering, seat belt use, anti-smoking, mobilizing the youth to a new awareness and getting them to help parents participate.
