Thistlecreek Health Care is a private care agency located in Oakville, serving the Halton and Peel region. Our caregiving services allow seniors to remain independent in the comfort of their own home for as long as possible. We provide all that is required for safe retirement at home, with services that range from companionship to personal care. We also provide compassionate and supportive nursing care in the presence of acute and terminal illness.
