Our winemaking philosophy revolves around two principles: gentle handling of fruit and minimal intervention of wine. We employ a combination of traditional practices and leading-edge technologies to preserve the beautiful, natural character of our wines. Culmina is located on three spectacular adjoining benches, scouted for its rich vineyard potential and developed from virgin land. The warm, rocky and mineral rich terroir of our Arise Bench vineyard is the ideal site for Bordeaux red varieties and is the source for our flagship wine Hypothesis. Structured, intense and deep in colour, Hypothesis represents the culmination of our efforts to create icon quality wines. As part of Culmina’s commitment to excellence, Jean- Marc Enixon manages the vineyard with the utmost care. With our vineyards being both certified organic and certified Salmon-safe, we believe that creating iconic wines begins with being good stewards of our special terroir.
