Lightwave was founded in 2012 by Rana June. After an intense two-year R&D period, we released our first commercial product in early 2014. We have received hundreds of press mentions in publications such as the Associated Press, Wired, TechCrunch, NPR, ABC News, The Daily Mail, Yahoo News, Fast Company, Huffington Post, PSFK and more. Lightwave’s Pepsi implementation was considered one of the breakout technologies at the SXSW Interactive festival in 2014.
