For decades, International Commercial Investments has been active in acquiring and developing properties in Ontario, Canada, and Florida. Currently, our portfolio consists of approximately 40 properties with a variety of both local and national tenants. Our base of operations is located in Tampa, Florida. We have also invested in and grown two franchise brands. At present, we have twelve franchised Supercuts® locations as well as nine self-serve yogurt shops known as Yogurtology®. In late 2013, one of our affiliated companies purchased the Yogurtology brand from the Scottsdale, AZ founders. Today, we are actively growing the concept in various parts of Florida as well as pursuing opportunities in other states.
