Originally incorporated on July 17, 1996 as a spin-off of the Lambda Foundation, the Delta Foundation of Pittsburgh is the leading non-profit advocacy organization for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community in Western PA. The Delta Foundation produces Pittsburgh Pride every June which is the largest LGBT event in Pennsylvania and the 4th largest special event in Pittsburgh with over 175,000 attendees in 2017.
