Both Richard and Marc have more than 15 years of experience in the Vietnam property market and are able to provide Clients with all types of advisory, transaction and management services across all sectors and geographies within the Indochina region. Richard and Marc came to Vietnam in 2003 to set up CBRE Vietnam office which quickly became the leading service provider in Vietnam. Since 2003 an a liate CBRE Cambodia was established as well as an Advantage Property Service Company in Myanmar. Both Richard and Marc are Members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Richard has served as Board Members of BBGV while Marc served as Chairman of Amcham.
