Elettronica Aster (“EA”) is leader in Italy in the field of Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electronic equipment of military and commercial aircrafts. In 2017 took place the acquisition of Tecnologie Industriali e Aeronautiche (“TI&A”), a SME leader in Italy in thermo-acoustical insulation, with a solid competitive positioning and continuity of relationship with its customers. Furthermore, in 2020 took EA acquired Isocomp Elettronica (“IE”). The company characterizes for strong know-how and technology in power electronics in the aviation market. The achievement of an organic growth, driven by the contribution of stronger investments in foreign markets and extensive R&D efforts, is the group’s number one priority. EA also supplies national and international institutions operating in the Defense field (e.g. IT MoD, NSPA).
