The Company was formed in 2004 by Stephen Schubert, a 20-year veteran of the real estate industry. Stephen’s experience covers all aspects of the life cycle of property ownership and management, including third party brokerage and advisory, acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, property management, lease administration, and accounting and reporting.
