Dil to Dil is a non profit organization that aims to deconstruct stigma surrounding mental health illnesses by creating a healthy space where those struggling can find strength and solidarity in one another while promoting the power of love and compassion. We want to help forge friendships and foster valuable, candid conversation. We’re committed to defeating stigma, in hopes of a space in which people feel comfortable to live authentically.
