5.0 Robotics is a R&D startup with a mission to accelerate the 5.0 Industrial Revolution by making industrial-level manufacturing capability accessible to SMEs globally. Based in Estonia, we launched our first product - a family of CNC solutions, which we have already manufactured and sold to multiple companies. 5.0 Robotics was founded by a group of like-minded founders who realized that there is an exclusive Industry 4.0 Club, involving large companies. It is hard to get into for new companies, as the investment costs are formidable, and highly trained personnel is needed to operate the technology. Recognizing the market gap, we quickly assembled a dream team of founders: industrialization engineers, marketing and financial specialists. Our goal is simple, yet extremely ambitious. We offer a “Swiss knife” piece of technology, that can be easily integrated to any client’s production processes, yet being extremely affordable and easy to operate. During the first 6 months of our operations, we have managed to manufacture and sell our CNC solutions to multiple reputable clients globally, including one of the leading British F1 racing teams! Here is what distinguishes 4.0 Robotics from any other company: 1. Our product. Our machines are affordable, easy to use & service and easy to install. Special installation preparation is not needed and all of them work on standard 220V power supply. 2. Manufacturing. We make most of our machine parts here in Europe with an extreme focus on detail. All bolts are torque controlled, all tolerances are measured and recorded and all our units are extensively tested before shipping. 3. Our business model. We go to market using distributors/competence centers. Being close to the final client, we can guide them through the purchase process by understanding how our solution can improve their business. We also provide them with tailored installation, training, and post-sales services/upgrades.
