7478 is a visionary architecture practice based in Rotterdam (NL) and Malta, founded in 2015 by Alessandro De Santis and Federico Pompignoli, both former OMA architects with 20 years of experience in built and complex projects around the world. We believe that there are no constraints to a project but only opportunities. Our work is being driven by the deep understanding of client’s needs as well as of the project’s current physical and cultural context. Through research, experimentation and study of historical references, 7478 strives to elaborate designs that generate economic and social values. We consider our clients an integral part of the design process, in the belief that great architecture is created with their strong collaboration and active involvement. 7478’s main headquarters in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and has offices in Malta, Italy and Panama’. 7478’s creative core is connected to a network of specialized consultants such as structural engineers, MEP engineers, quantity surveys, lighting designers, landscape architects and any other specialized expertise that a project might need, allowing 7478 to provide our clients with turn-key solutions for their projects.
