www.pina.mkThe Platform for Investigative Journalism and Analyzes – PINA [www.pina.mk] is an organization of journalists, enthusiasts and professionals who advocate for the promotion and strengthening of investigative journalism, innovation and professionalism in the media environment in Macedonia. In addition, PINA is committed to improving the situation of women journalists in the media. PINA, as one of its main projects in November 2017, launched the Investigative Film Festival - Skopje, a multiple days media event that was held for the first time in Macedonia and the region, now rebranded in Media Festival Skopje. The festival's program is divided into two segments, with films devoted to investigative journalism and other media trends, as well as numerous debates and speakers from Macedonia, the region, Europe and the United States that focus on various current topics from the field of journalism and the media. PINA also formed and leads the Program for women journalists, which gives training and support to women journalists in order to improve equality in the media atmosphere in the country. The Program has two modules – one for mobile journalism and one for multimedia journalism, including a mentoring process of 4 months, which involves working on mobile videos and multimedia stories which are regularly published on www.pina.mk . PINA formed the Program for mobile journalism which gives training and practice for learning mobile journalism to young journalists who have an opportunity to learn how to make videos on their own.
