ADRIBA is the Aubrey Daniels Research Institute for Behavior Analysis ADRIBA is part of the VU University's Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Founded in 2010 by Marius Rietdijk and Joost Kerkhofs, and officially launched in 2011, it is rapidly gaining influence in the field of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). Together with its growing number of Certified Partners, it has the mission to develop, expand and grow the body of knowledge on OBM and to spread its use in Europe as a way to bring out the best in people in business.
