SOAR provides team building and leadership development programs for youth, corporate, church groups, sports teams and any other group looking to increase their ability to work together in a positive and effective manner. Our Facilitators lead groups through various initiatives, low ropes courses and High Ropes/Challenge Courses. Through this series of activities, groups attending SOAR programs are challenged to accomplish tasks through creative problem-solving, trust building, effective communication and most importantly, teamwork. Experientially based programs are profound; the principles are not taught, the discovery is experienced creating lasting results.
