SYUCT offers 9 undergraduate programs with courses all teaching in English, including Chemical Engineering and Technology, Mechanical Engineering and Automation, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, International Economy and Trade, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Oil and Gas Transportation Engineering, Environmental Engineering, etc. It offers 13 graduate programs with courses all teaching in English, including Chemical Engineering and Technology, Applied Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Information and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Pharmacy, Management Science and Engineering, Environmental Safety and Engineering, etc. Besides, all disciplines with courses teaching in Chinese accept overseas students. Currently, there are nearly 400 international students from 30 countries all over the world studying in Shenyang University of Chemical Technology. SYUCT provides independent apartments for international students, in which there are kitchens, reading rooms, fitness rooms, billiards rooms, laundry and air drying rooms, etc. Meanwhile, each apartment is furnished with living utilities, including an independent bathroom, a heater, an air conditioner, and so on, which could meet the needs of the international students’ daily life. Three large multi-storey restaurants and one Muslim restaurant provide rich delicacies for the students. SYUCT also has a multifunctional modern gymnasium, and multiple indoor and outdoor sport venues, which satisfies the teaching of P.E. courses such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, running, etc. Moreover, SYUCT has a university hospital, an Employment Guidance Center, a Psychological Counseling Center, and more than 30 student organizations, including the International Student Association, which provide students with a full range of learning and life services.
